R350 charge to wash a car!
<p>It was my second time hiring a car from Woodford. The first time had no memorable issues that I felt strong enough to report. However, the second time had to me to my knees in shock. After getting a considerably competitive rate for a weekend hire @ R348.00 including 200km for free. I was very happy until the invoice came back with an additional R350 valet charge for washing the car. First of I did not go "bundu bashing" with the car, I did not have a kiddies party inside the ****** car! The most mess on the car was due to parking it under a tree. The inside of the car was spotless! The outside of the car could be cleaned with a standard pressure pump!! But woodford charge me R350 for it to be cleaned by supermodels maybe

Thank you for your query.
The report we got from our Cape Town is that you brought back the rental vehicle in a filthy condition.
Management has thus declined to refund you the valet charges of R350.00 in this regard.
