Quick action on supervisor/ managers part to ensure a good experience.
There was an issue with the screen of the vehicle I hired and the supervisor acted quickly to resolve it by upgrading me to another vehicle. I appreciated that and the vehicle was in great condition and a pleasure to use during my trip.
