Professional Staff and Service

I have been using Woodford for quite a while now and I have always had a great experience. From booking online to picking up and returning the vehicle, the professionalism of the personable and friendly staff made the whole process a pleasure. The only reason I have withheld one star is the time the company takes to release the holding deposit. In fact there were a few times when I had to call the company to have the deposit released. But again the staff handled the situation professionally and action was taken timeously.
