Using Woodford car hire was a pleasant and smooth experience. The process was painless, the staff were friendly and professional, and the vehicle was well maintained and enjoyable to drive. I knew they were looking out for me by their communication, and especially clear communication. I did not feel just like a credit card, as other car hire services make you feel, and Woodford was upfront with the costs, not hiding any costs in fine print as some other companies have done.
