Predictable service quality that I'll pay for

I've tried a number of the car hire companies over the last 2 years for business and personal travel and can say that Woodford hasn't let me down even once! No hassles, just predictable delivery of good service. I still check affordability, but in every case I'm willing to pay up to 10% more for the service I KNOW I'll get.
