Positive business

As a regular customer I have found renting a car from Woodford most times a very good experience - friendly and professional and the rental rates competitive. Past 2 rentals not so good, issues with billing of extra's not asked for and new staff generally not really serious about customer service. But issues were addressed by their corporate customer services team and return experience much better.
