Poor vehicle delivery time
Woodford were a revelation in terms of customer service pre and prior to collecting the car. However very slow in booking office and then ages standing in the car park waiting for the car to actually arrive. A shame as the car was perfect and l Ioved the SMS and e-mail contact.
