Poor Service from Woodford Car Hire

I booked a luxury car the week before it was needed at Woodford in King Shaka Airport. I was assured that it was booked and all that I needed to do was bring my credit card and licence to pay. Imagine when I got there the following week and no booking was made. The lady who did the booking just laughed and said she did not know what had happened. This was so unprofessional. I will never book there again and also discourage my family, friends and acquaintances from using them. They refused to allow me to contact the Manager
