Poor service from Woodford Cape Town International

Absolutely pathetic service. Booked a Vito van for a group of 10 including kids from 4-10 August.Reservation ***. Got to woodford at Cape Town International only to be told that ‘no vans were available’. 2 small cars were offered but that would in no way fit our luggage and people comfortably. All this drama for about an hour, while our group of 10 including kids and a baby were out in the cold . Eventually had to hire a van from another company - which took another hour.
