Poor service

My experience with Woodford was horrible, I had the worst service ever.

I hired a car @ 08:00, when I got to Woodford the car that I hired was given to someone else and as such I was given a car that wasn’t in the same level as the one I booked. I took the car because I had no other option.

If that wasn’t bad enough, the car they gave me couldn’t start when I reached home, I then called Woodford to assist and I was only assisted after almost 4 hours.

During the time that I waited for assistance I didn’t receive updates from Woodford. I had to constantly call them for updates.
