Poor Service and Unauthorise debit to credit card

I hired vehicle on the 30th March and had various issues such as the seat was broken, the replacement vehicle was late, but the biggest problem is that they have debited my credit card without my authorisation a week later. I have email the kingshaka branch and their service department this past Saturday and to date there has been no response. This is like theft. They also have not refunded my deposit on the vehicle i hired on the 30th April.
