Poor Service

I'm very disappointed, their service is very poor. I have booked a BMW X3 weeks in advance.

On the day of collection, the vehicle was not available and I must wait till the following day.

The following day was the same story.

My question is, what is the purpose of paying for something that you won't get in the end?

The Cape Town staff were not helpful at all and could not explain why we could not get the vehicle as they advertised.

I ended up going to another car hire place and within minutes I could get the BMW X3 without any hassle.
