Poor service
I have been waiting for my refund for over 14 days now and nothing has been paid. I have called, escalated the matter but still no payment. Can I get this resolved urgently please. This has not been a good experience. I shared the banking details over 2 weeks ago but still nothing. Call me *** LM Mo***eng
