Poor experience

Service at this King Shaka branch is going down, really long waiting times. Cars are old and unkept, wheel balancing was off and had a really bad shudder, when I reported it , they just brushed it off as it was not serious according to them but a very uncomfortable experience. Also the addional charges for toll fees are really excessive.
