Poor Customer service at Woodford car hire Durban

On 20th of April 2019 I hired a Mercedes from Woodford. The deposit required of R 12500.00 was debited from my account. The car was returned on the 21st of April 2019. To date I have made 12 calls to Woodford as I have not been reimbursed for the deposit. To date I await a response from the company as well as my money. I do not recommend Woodford to anyone. I personally will never consider them going forward. Woodford Car Hire Durban has inconvenienced me as I live in Jhb and other than calling and asking them for my money I guess I have no other choice.
