Poor customer service
Manner in which we were treated by staff in Durban for billing of damages to INCORRECT vehicle which was invoiced for use by us was appalling. Will never hire a vehicle from them again. Totally unprofessional and unfriendly approach by staff who made us feel like we were at fault for mistakes they made. Matter was resolved but staff left us with a don't care attitude.
