POOR COMMUNICATION

I have just discovered it. Renting a car at Woodford is easy but contacting them to lodge a complaint is a nightmare. Noone returns your emails or phone calls. I rented a car at CT Airport and my credit card has been charged for Petrol Refill whilst I did refill it before returning the vehicle. There is no one responsible enough you can call to query the issue. I felt HELPLESS Be careful when you rent a vehicle from Woodford...You better not have an issue afterward, you will be on your own..TERRIBLE.

Good day, I have received an upsetting email from one of your consultants, just to prove inneffeciencies un your system. I have provided my Petrol Slip proving that the vehicle was fully topped up and this can be investigated against mileaged driven.
CAN SOMEONE STOP THIS AND SORT IT OUT?
