Pleasant WOODFORD experience.
Likes: - Clean waiting area - Friendly services staff - Pick-up process was easy
Dislikes: - Vehicle had a number of very noticeable scratches/damage at pick-up. Perhaps these should be attended to before making the vehicle available.
