Paying for their refuelling
Hired a car with them and found the gas on empty and they withdrew more than 2k from my credit and offered a voucher for my next booking for R300.I sent them proof of refueling but with no luck.They did the same with my first book and charged me for toll gates that I didn’t and had to fight to get my refund.I just hate that they are so dishonest.
