Pathetic

I purchased insurance on my rented vehicle and was unfortunately involved in a damage incident/accident. The insurance i signed up for says damage excess is R3400 Plus 500 damages handling fee. Woodford now wanting to charge me a double excess for a clause that is not in the signed rental agreement. Please dont ever hire a car with these guys. Very deceiptful and they don't bother calling a client.

I already emailed you and you reply back with this courtesy blah blah but you dont address why i am charged a double excess that is not in your rental agreement. As soon as it is debited i am instituting a dispute and charge back with my bank. Please avoid Woodford, ******
