Overcharged TWICE
THIS IS A ******** COMPANY, DO NOT USE THEM, YOU WILL GET **********. Terrible from start to finish. Instead of charging your credit card normally like any other company, they fill in your card details and then you have to read them an OTP that comes from your bank (which the bank tells you to never do). I saw afterwards that they charged me R90 more for the booking that what was stated on their website when I completed the reservation. Still haven't heard back from their support regarding a refund. And then worst of all, they charged me R490 after I returned the vehicle which I'm sure they will say was for petrol. The thing is, I already filled the car up completely at the station NEXT TO THE AIRPORT. Please use any other company than this one to save yourself stress and money.
