overcharged
I booked a vehicle on the 23/3/2015 with Woodford.On collection of the vehicles the gentleman made me aware of the less fuel on the vehicle ( 1 bar less on the fuel guage ) I confirmed and signed.On checking my bank statement i was charged R 205.20 for the fuel topup.Clearly the fuel that was missing was not taken into account as i travelled only 67KM .After sending several messages i've received no reply from Woodford.
