Overall good experience

We had a good experience at the OR Tambo branch. The agents were friendly and welcoming, and my kids enjoyed the play area while we waited. Woodford offered the best price compared to other car rental agencies. Upon arrival the booked vehicle was not available, but the agents and manager were helpful and provided ongoing communication while we waited for the vehicle. An area of improvement would be the after-sales service. We received and email with the invoice and queried one deduction, unfortunately we have not had any feedback on this matter.
