Overall an exceptional experience!

I have used all the leading car rentals (the green, red, orange, purple...all of them) very often over the last decade and overall have always been satisfied with the service. To the point that it would usually comes down to which one will give me the best price or discount based on flight combos etc. as they can hardly be differentiated by service. Last Friday, I used Woodford Car Hire for the first time, because on comparison of pricing it gave me the best option. However, I must say have been very impressed with the whole experience from the instant booking confirmation I received including via Whatsapp to the effortless and paperless collection of the car at ORT. Upon returning the car on Saturday evening, the process was equally a breeze and within minutes I received by indicative invoice. I believe I now have a new preferred car rental company as it beats all the others not only on price but the service and overall customer experience. Well done Woodford.
