Overall, a good experience.
Pickup was a pain and took 1h15 from arrival to signing the contract. However, thank you Riedwaan! My patience was rewarded with a generous upgraded, super clean vehicle. I thoroughly enjoyed the week at Ngwenya Lodge and the trips into Kruger Park. The return at ORTIA was painless and efficient. Their electronic communication via email, SMS and WhatsApp is stellar.
Would highly recommend them - just be prepared for some patience during the pickup!
