Overall, a Good Experience

Overall, I've had a good experience renting from this company (minus a few minor glitches that have now been worked out). The staff, both at the reception and the parking lot, are friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to assist anyway they can in person. The company could improve its telephonic communication and, also, perhaps after renting so many times from them, could do a better job of releasing holds on credit cards for such customers. Otherwise, a great place to rent from with some excellent choices of cars.
