Over Charged - not a happy experience

T Woodford Car Hire is not what it advertises. I booked a car and needed to do across border from Durban to Eswatini, could not do this on their webpage- not offered. When ia arrived to take the car at King Shaka Airport I was told a cross border booking had to be made at the office and would take 72 hours. Needed this in 24hours. After emailing and stating my dissatisfaction I received the permit by email. However not everyone was told and I had a few calls about taking the vehicle *******ly out of SA. On my return I handed the vehicle back and was sent an account for my normal days car hire plus R550.00 per day Cross border and R1500.00 for the permit. I rent vehicles to go to Lesotho and Eswatini regularly and NO OTHER rental company I have used charges extra daily Cross Border car fee, only the R1500.00 for the letter. They will not see me again.
