Outstanding refund and despicable service!!!!!

The lies that comes of out the staff from this place is horrifying. I don’t understand what business ethics this company has if it continues to allow its staff to tell client such lies when ti had paid for a service and returned their vehicle on time with no damages. It’s quite clear that management from this company don’t care about their clients. I have been waiting for my refund for 3 days now and nowhere does it stipulate on their website or documents that the refund process takes 3 to 5 working days as per the staff at finance when you call to follow up. But when I picked up the car on the 20/06/2018 I was told the refund will take 24 to 48 hours to be paid into my account and all my details were taken, a copy of the card was done in front of me but 3 days later the finance guy calls to tell me they don’t have my banking details they can’t process my refund how is that possible???????. I would advise people or businesses to never use this rental company, because certainly I will never use them again and I will surely spread the word especially in the corporate world that I am in.
