OR Tambo Employees

This review is specifically about one of your Outstanding employees; I believe her name was (Shenice?) from the OR Tambo branch. This lady’s ability to remain calm and composed under pressure whilst delivering the best customer service is next to non! She really deserves her accolades! We had some issues with our booking and then subsequently had to call the bank as our account was put on hold due to trying to pay for our vehicle she was very patient and helped us every step of the way whilst reassuring us.
