Ongoing poor performance

Siyabonga became very sassy and impatient in his replies to my enquiries about the total amount to be refunded as well as a breakdown of the additional R8000 charges I occurred. I’m still waiting for a reply. I was told that I must wait. I’ve incurred $56.55 interest charges on my credit card because the overcharged amount was not refunded to me as promised on 3 October.
