Objective and honest review
Booking is very easy, however, to get through to the King Shaka Airport branch is difficult. The phones ring continuously, the cellphone number goes on voice-mail and no one returns to the message left. The customer service call centre is excellent. I have cancelled bookings previously and was promised a refund. This has not happened.
