Not what I ordered

I booked a Corolla Quest automatic a few weeks in advance (Johannesburg Airport). When collecting the car, I noticed the salesman at the counter phone and request the corolla quest, there was some discussion going on about the car. He then asked me to proceed to collect the car. What I received was a Toyota Urban Cruiser which had a smaller boot and engine (underpowered for the highway). I had to put one of the suitcases on the back seat. At this stage I was not in the mood to argue and took the vehicle. I noticed there where a few Quests in their parking lot, most likely manual transmission cars. Had the salesman at the counter discussed the matter with me explaining the problem I most likely would have taken a manual Quest.
