I am a new customer. I have been trying to get hold of this business for some time now. They have a huge ratting here but their WhatsApp reservation system does not work. There are no options for a car. The website system is also a bit complicated when you are trying to rent a bigger car. I have ended up renting with competitors on multiple occasions. The hold time is too long.

Your customer service is great but your online response time needs to be improved.
