Not refunding my deposit.

Please can someone assist me with my deposit to be paid back to me? I have been trying to get my R4000 deposit from Woodford for the past two weeks now but with no luck!! I phoned the call centre in Durban, no luck, went to Woodford Sandton where I got the car, they also can't assist in my deposit being paid back. I received an email on Monday 2 October 2023 stating that my deposit will be paid back within 72 hours...today is 9 October and still no money in my account.

Please can someone assist me in paying me back my deposit owed to me.
