Not quite good enough

Although all particulars of the client were entered online in order to speed up the picking-up process, there was no express line at the King Shaka branch and the process was quite slow. The car was picked up at about 6pm, and nobody was present to check the car with the client. Also, the car`s fuel tank was only partially full, but has to be returned full.
