Not impressed

The worst, unprofessional, dishonest, service I have ever received. We hired and paid online for a H1 bus before our arrival in cape Town, upon arrival when we had to collect our car they told us there are no more busses and that they will give us a Toyota Avanza for that day only and the next day the driver will bring us our H1 that we paid for. We waited for the whole week until we left for home without getting the car. When we returned the Avanza we queried and asked questions as to why didn't we get the H1 as per promise and why wasn't there any communication. Unfortunately there was no straight answer as the staff was pointing fingers at each other, we were dealing with Wayne and Ishmael none of them helped us with our query. Wayne said we will be charged only 50% and be refunded the other 50% as they inconvenienced us and actually over charged us. To date we are still waiting for the refund to come through they are not answering phones or emails. I WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND WILL NOT EVEN RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.

They ****** and cheated us!!!! They deserve minus 10 as a rating
