Not Impressed

I booked the hire car months in advance. On the day of pickup my guaranteed car was not there. I booked a Toyota Fortuner and been given a Kia bus. Unacceptable. This was exchanged later after I had to chase them. When I returned to the UK my credit card details was **********ly used in South Africa. I used the credit card only once and only to put the deposit on at Woodford Car Hire.
