Not honest

Staff was very friendly and helpful.

When I received the car, the paperwork said the km's are on 10630 but in actual fact the km's were on 10634. Four km's are not much, but in my case it would've made a difference because I only had 100km free for my trip.

I travelled 89km with the car but had to put in nearly 10L of petrol before returning the car. The petrol consumption of a Toyota Agya is 4.8L per 100km, which tells me that the car was not "full" as they said and then I had fill up the car completely. With the petrol price as it is at the moment, this was quite an irritation. It's the small things that makes a big difference in the end. And it's these small things that made me feel that the company is trying to make an extra buck out of me without me noticing.

Will I make use of you again? I'm not sure
