Not Happy with Woodford Sandton

I made reservation with Woodford and requested the Toyota Starlet with a Keyless entry. I was told that they dont have that one here in Sandton. I dont know if this is a lie because the cars i hired from KZN Umhlanga to here all have the Keyless Entry. What makes it interesting was that the lady that i called turned me down without even checking.

The reason i was requesting that one is because it has cruise control, which makes it eassier on the foot especially when you driving a long distance. I dont know why on earth does Woodford masquerades as best Car Hire company when it doesnt look like it.
