NOT HAPPY

Hi there. We hired a car from Woodford at the CT airport. Firstly the car we chose we were not happy with. I dont know what model it was but it drove terribly. I had chosen an i 10 from Woodford in Feb and it drove well and was such a pleasure to drive yet it was in the lowest category. We handed in our car at 5.30am on the morning and were advised to please drop the key in the box which we did. We had filled the car at the petrol station just down the road and the tank showed full. However, we were requested to please leave the slip in the car which we refused to do as we have no record ourselves then. We were billed for them taking the car down the road again and charged an extra R23.01 for petrol for them driving down the road not us. The invoice was sent to us and did not show an amount owing and they felt very justified in charging us for the extra petrol, airport duty, tourist duty, etc etc. I was given an amount with my last car and that was all I paid. Now it felt like I was lumped with all sorts of charges. I requested another invoice to show the final amount owing. I was told that what I had paid and what was on the inv I should subtract to calculate for myself
