Not good service

Was my first renting from Woodford and the experience wasn’t good. Bluetooth wasn’t working , no windshield cleaner , lever to refuel the windshield cleaner was broken that made driving dangerous with all the sea breeze on the windshield. Had to manually was the windshield before driving. Shared the issue on two WhatsApp numbers no reply. Emailed customer service , after 48h received a reply to bring the car in. I asked if they can bring me a new car , this was not possible, other rental companies will bring you a new car especially after the long wait to get a reply. The dashboard was dirty, car had high mileage on. Just not a good experience over all.
