Not getting our deposit back.

Service that would have otherwise been great now turned real ****py....

We rented a hatch from king Shaka. The service was great and the staff was friendly. We returned the vehicle in Same condition as collected but since our flights back were early we dit not have time to fill the vehicle up with fuel. So we are aware of this deduction. But still not sure why this is taking so long but it’s been a week now with no return of our deposit. Hoping that this can be resolved sooner than later.
