Not a great experience!!!!!!!!

I would like to help others make an informed decision. Should you hire a vehicle from woodford at cape town airport, do not believe Nizaam that he will come and replace your vehicle when you point out the faults at the point of receiving said hired vehicle. IT WILL NOT HAPPEN!. Furthermore, when you call a day later and speak to Anthony about the promise made, DO NOT BELIEVE HIM THAT HE WILL CALL YOU BACK WITH A SOLUTION!, because he will not and instead will just go off shift and leave you hanging. Then Ati who has now replaced the voice on the phone because Anthony has gone home, will really enjoy himself at listening to the stupidity of the customer believing that the vehicle will be replaced. So good luck to those deciding to use WOODFORD GROUP
