Non Disclosure of fees and Non Refund of Deposit

<p>I rented a car through Woodford Car Hire in May 2017. One day after returning the car, I was emailed the invoice and notice the following fees: R423.87 - I was told I get 100km per day for free. I travelled 213 km for 2 days so I should have been charged 13x1.99=R25.87. R127.27 charged for returning the car a day earlier. I picked up the car 22 May at 01:16pm and returned it 23 May 01:01pm. According to me it is two days, but according to them it is only a day. Why penalize me for my ignorance as this was the first time I have rented a car. I also was not refunded the R4000 deposit charged from my credit card up to today. Invoice Number KSIA 37447</p>
