No response in 3 weeks... Does not bode well...

We made a reservation to hire a car on 23/04/2023 at 12h00 from Cape Town Airport. At 10h00 on the day of collection I received a WhatsApp stating "We're looking forward to meeting you. We wanted to let you know that your car is ready at Woodford Car Hire (rental *******). See you soon!" On arrival at the counter at 12h30, we were told the car wasn't ready and we would have to wait for the car to be available. We were made to wait OVER 45 MINUTES before the car was ready! I also received a WhatsApp on 23rd April stating " If your experience has been anything short of fantastic, we would love you to bring this to our attention so that we can fine-tune our service. You can respond on this WhatsApp channel to escalate any issue through our branch managers and even directly with our MD." Wow! So I immediately responded to the WhatsApp voicing our dissatisfaction with the service. After A WEEK of not getting a response, I again sent a WhatsApp on the 1st of May... STILL NO RESPONSE... And today, 12 DAYS LATER...STILL NO RESPONSE... After many years and countless car hires, this was our first hire from Woodfords...
