No response from client service

Sorry for my english, it is not very good. This review concern WoodFord Cap aiport... I'va made a mistake on my reservation and would like to cancel it : i try to call by phone times the desk of Cap Town Airport : no answer. I sent 3 mails : no response I sent 2 mails on the general mail of woodford : no response. No consideration for us. And the last : woodford send you an email for rewiew their services with a 10%off if you wrote a good review... So you can have doubts about the reviews on hellopeter about Woodford..
