No problems, what you hope for when hiring.

This was the first time we had used Woodford at Cape Town airport following a recommendation from a friend. Previously we used an international company who tried to charge for wheel damage which was already on the vehicle and in our photos of it. Woodford were very welcoming at pick up after a long flight and dealt with by Yusuf. We hardly waited to be dealt with and were offered bottled water whilst we did the paper work. I needed to change the credit card I wanted to use with the hire and it was no problem for them to do this. The vehicle was in excellent condition having done nearly 9000 Km. Return was quick, the vehicle was inspected within 5 minutes and we were on our way. The retention money was released within a day. The experience was as you would hope for a car hire which was competitively priced. As a visitor to South Africa I would certainly recommend and use Woodford again.
