No management response!

I received a Whatsapp from the director Mr Essa Suleman asking that I contact him should I not be satisfied. I made contact via his management team as suggested but did not get a single reply - While the service is good, I would like to be able to refer to someone when I have a legitimate query. I therefore question if i should use them again.
