No deposit received

I booked a car 2weeks ago at Woodford hatfiled branch, returned it and now I'm having issues with receiving my deposit back! At the time taking the vehicle I was told I'll receive my deposit in 7 working days. Just a moment ago I spoke to a call center agent named Boipelo, explained my situation with regards to my deposit and other unexplained amounts that were going off my credit card by Woodford and he behaved very casual, unapologetic on the call as if I'm the crazy customer??? I've requested a statement from him regarding the 2 transactions that amounted to R800 and the proof of payment with regards to my deposit and there has been no feedback whatsoever! I'm very disappointed at the staff member not taking this seriously. I'm willing to go far with my complaint on all social platforms if this is not resolved timeously and I would also suggest some soft skills training to the agent Boipelo on how to deal with irate customers!
