No Credit Card No Car Hire? Not acceptable in this day of immediate internet banking.
Cannot hire a car because I don't have a credit card! In this day and age with immediate internet banking and transfers, this is unacceptable customer service. That I am rejected for NOT having debt? Come on, Woodford Car Hire need to re-think their ''service'' because a cash-paying potential customer, who has no debt, should not be frowned upon and rejected, when instant payments can be done via internet banking, no need for credit cards anymore.

14 May 2024, 14:00And to add to your lack of service, you don't offer the service of delivering to customers and picking up from customers, a poor show because of your rejection and lack of service, I found an alternate that accepts debit card payments/EFTs for deposits paid, and refund in the same manner and also offer the service of getting car to and from its customer, now THAT is customer service!
